This page explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have over it. In short: the only data I collect is what you send me through the contact form, and I use it only to reply to you.

    Who I am

This website is run by Aslı Nur Tüzer, an independent designer based in Izmir, Turkey. I am the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach me at [email protected] for any privacy question or request.

  2. 02

    What I collect

When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, message, and the topic and work type you choose.

To protect the form from spam, your IP address is checked briefly to limit how many messages can be sent in a short time. It is not stored or linked to your message.

I don’t collect any other personal data. There are no accounts, newsletters or payments on this site.

  3. 03

    Why I use it

I use your details only to read and reply to your message and, if we decide to work together, to continue that conversation. I never sell your data or use it for advertising.

The legal basis is your consent when you send the form, and my legitimate interest in replying to people who contact me (KVKK Article 5, GDPR Article 6).

  4. 04

    Cookies & tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it doesn’t store anything in your browser.

To understand how the site is used, I use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts visits without cookies and without identifying you: it records things like the page viewed, the referring site, country, and browser or device type, in aggregate only.

The site is served through Cloudflare, which may set strictly necessary security cookies to protect it from bots and attacks. These don’t track you across websites and don’t require consent.

    Who else handles it

Form messages are delivered by Resend (email delivery) to my Gmail inbox (Google). The site is protected by Cloudflare. These providers process data on my behalf and may store it on servers outside Turkey, including in the United States, under their own security and privacy commitments.

  6. 06

    How long I keep it

Messages are kept in my inbox for as long as our conversation or collaboration is ongoing, and then deleted when no longer needed. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

  7. 07

    Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Article 11) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask whether I hold data about you, get a copy, have it corrected or deleted, object to its use, and withdraw your consent.

Just email [email protected]. I’ll reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local data protection authority.
